What an amazing experience! The chef is as lovely as ever.
His hospitality was warm and inviting, explaining all our dishes in detail.

Every dish is thoughtfully crafted, showcasing incredible creativity and attention to detail. With Japanese cuisine as its foundation, the menu incorporates an abundance of fresh vegetables, chicken, and fish, with his own touches and personality added.

This is the kind of dining experience that elevates a special occasion, making the night so memorable!

I also loved the intimacy of private dining. Being able to relax in a peaceful setting, take my time, and truly savour every dish without feeling rushed.

Overall, it was an exceptional and memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, thoughtful, and genuinely special dining experience

I could not have had a more perfect evening. Cae was incredible, from the details of the table setting to the amazing food. He was incredibly easy to organise the event with, and was able to cater to my friends dietary requirements with no issues. The night was incredible and the perfect way to celebrate a significant birthday. I look forward to organising another event with him in the future.

Caelan poured 120% of his heart into the food and we can taste the sincerity. Loved all the dishes!

He even brought his own real birds of paradise centrepiece, what an art to look at.

The family was impressed and amazed by how he did all these in such a short span of time. We will definitely look for him again, truly a remarkable chef who worked in michelin restaurant and owns magic hands

We were recommended Caelan by chance and I have to say we were blown away, not only by the incredible food but the whole process. From menu selection to planning the whole day, to delivering a truly memorable occasion Caelan is professional, friendly and an absolute genius in the kitchen. Everyone was raving about the food and just how easy the day was, if i could i'd use Caelan for every event from now on, he's an absolute  legend. 10/10
